 Jim and Susan Wood are founders of Wears Valley Ranch, a ministry to children from families in crisis. They have been happily married for 36 years and have seven children and three grandchildren. Pastor Wood has been counseling couples and presented life changing marriage seminars nationally for over 3 decades. In addition to his work at Wears Valley Ranch, Jim has a full time preaching and teaching ministry. He has appeared as a guest on CBN, TBN, Focus on the Family, Jay Sekulow Live, and is the host of Abiding in Christ, a radio program that airs nationally SiriusXM 131. Jim is also the author of eleven books including "When Two Become One". He serves on the board of several organizations including Montreat College in North Carolina.

 Chuck and Gina have been married for 22 years and have three “above average” children. Chuck has over 20 years of experience as a pastor and youth leader. He specializes in teaching believers how to become effective in relationships, parenting, evangelism, and discipleship. Chuck has traveled the world in 24 nations sharing the life-changing Gospel of Christ.
Gina Reischman is a professional writer who has ghost written for U.S. Presidents, Surgeon Generals, the NBA, and many others. She has conducted numerous conferences for young women, youth leaders, and Christian workers. Gina is also an expert in the area of alcohol and drug prevention and has served as the Creative Director for the National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information.
